The JUST FERRY website is under the direction of the sole proprietorship “DIMITRIOS LEMNIOS OF ANGELOS”, which is located in Piraeus, Attica, on Akti Tzelepi Street, no. 3, with Tax ID 164602433, Tax Office A’ Piraeus and was established on 05. 02. 2021.
We provide and manage a variety of travel-related products and services offered by different travel service providers. As a Travel Agency – Booking Agency, we act as an intermediary for products and services that are not provided directly by us. We are not co-suppliers or co-sellers of such products and services.
When you make a booking through justferry. gr, you automatically enter into a separate contract with these providers in relation to those products and services. Therefore, we are not part of the contractual relationship you enter into with the provider, in relation to the products and services you order on justferry. gr, unless otherwise expressly provided in these Terms.
Any questions or concerns about the product should be addressed directly to the provider. We do not assume any responsibility for the tourism products and services offered by the provider and we do not provide any representation or warranty (express or implied),regarding the suitability or quality of the travel products and services displayed on justferry. gr.
By using the JUST FERRY website, as well as the services and products offered on it, you accept the general terms and conditions that apply and govern all booking orders, whether they are electronic, telephone or directly at the company’s offices.
The operation of JUST FERRY is an intermediary between the users and the providers of each tourist service, so you shall refer to the General Terms and Conditions of the provider of the service you wish to receive.
In particular, for the purchase of products or services offered through justferry. gr, in addition to the present Terms and Conditions of the Shipping Companies (and in particular those concerning fares) will apply. The Terms and Conditions of the Ferry Companies may include provisions relating to payment procedures, late payment, liability, cancellations, changes to reservations and scheduled sailings, refunds (if offered) and any other restrictions. We therefore recommend that you read these terms carefully, which will be sent to you with your booking.
You are responsible for your compliance with any Terms of the Ferry Companies, or other providers, in relation to passenger and vehicle embarkation times, ship departure times, or other matters. You must confirm with the relevant port authority the time of your departure from the port in question, as in cases where the weather conditions are not good, there is increased traffic in the port, there is a strike that affects the ferry schedules or there is any other reason of force majeure, there may be delays, changes and/or cancellations to your itinerary.
By making a reservation through the JUST FERRY website or through the JUST FERRY call centre, you give a binding instruction to JUST FERRY to mediate with the respective provider regarding the travel service you wish to receive.
In the event of a change for which the travel provider is responsible, JUST FERRY will endeavour to contact you and inform you in good time. For any such change, JUST FERRY must first be informed in time by the provider, otherwise JUST FERRY shall not be held responsible.
You must follow the rules set by the provider. In case you violate the general rules of the website, JUST FERRY reserves the right to reject your reservation.
JUST FERRY is not responsible for any changes in prices or cancellation fees in case of change or cancellation by the provider of the service you have received
JUST FERRY’s fee for its mediation between you and the provider is included in the total price you have paid.
In case of booking a ferry ticket through JUST FERRY, the payment is made exclusively by debit or credit card, while for telephone bookings there is also the possibility of bank deposit or payment at the company’s offices.
Payment can be made either through our website or by phone through the reservations department, by debit or credit card.
Tickets will be sent only if they have been paid for.
JUST FERRY has the right to ask you for proof of your identity before issuing tickets, whether it is a copy of your debit or credit card or a copy of your deposit.
The debit or credit card used for payment must belong to one of the passengers. If the credit card belongs to a third party, we will ask you for a copy of the cardholder’s identity card and written confirmation that he/she accepts the charge.
The confirmation of your reservation, in case of purchase or simply booking one or more of the services we offer through our website, is done by sending an e-mail and you are obliged to check all the details of the reservation you have made and inform us of any errors that may occur as soon as possible.
There is the possibility of sending your tickets by courier (with extra charge) or picking them up from our offices. You are solely responsible for the timely and valid receipt of your tickets from our offices, and especially if you have chosen to have your tickets delivered by courier company to your premises, the delivery terms set by the courier company apply. JUST FERRY bears no responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide. In case of your absence during the delivery of the tickets by the courier company, or in case the address you have given is not accurate, making it impossible to deliver the tickets to your place, the tickets will be returned by the courier company to our offices and will be collected only from there. If you wish to resend the tickets to your venue, then you will be charged the additional cost of the second shipment.
Via e-mail, it is possible to receive additional documents, which are necessary and relate to hotel reservations (vouchers), cars and package tours.
In case you need to return the tickets to JUST FERRY, the courier costs will be borne by you.
You are required to have all the necessary documents for the travel in your possession, as JUST FERRY has no liability for any omissions on your part.
The terms of cancellation and modification of tickets depend on the terms set by the respective provider. JUST FERRY does not assume any responsibility regarding cancellations and changes, which are governed by terms imposed by other providers. In any case, there will be a charge for the change process by our office, which is five (5. 00) euros per booking plus any costs incurred by the change.
Ticket changes or cancellations are made by the change – cancellation department from Monday to Friday 09. 00 – 17. 00 and Saturday 09. 00 – 15. 00 and hours and no later than seventy-two (72) hours before departure.
In case of a change or modification of a ticket, you are obliged to inform JUST FERRY in writing so that JUST FERRY can proceed with any change. Otherwise, you are solely responsible and you are obliged to read the fare regulations of the Ferry Companies before making any action.
JUST FERRY in case of changes and cancellations does not refund the booking management fees. As far as ticket cancellation is concerned, it proceeds according to the time confirmed and in accordance with the terms and provisions applicable to all travel agencies. In any case, there will be a charge for the cancellation process by our office, which amounts to five (5,00) euros per booking plus the ferry company’s cancellation fees (if and when applicable).
Up to 14 days prior to departure: 100% refund of the fare or change to a new/open date
Up to 7 days prior to departure: 75% refund or change to a new/open date
Up to 24 hours prior to departure: 50% refund or change to a new/open date
Please note that special offer tickets are NOT cancelled, NOT converted to open date tickets and NOT possible to change the date of travel.
For cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to departure, the fare is NOT refundable
After departure: tickets cannot be cancelled, they are not converted to open date and date change is not possible.
Open date tickets: must be used within one year from the date of issue. Cancelled with 50% refund.
Passenger and vehicle tickets purchased through the justferry. gr website or through the call centre can be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms, in the following ways:
JUST FERRY bears no responsibility for: a) the unavailability of some of the services and products provided, b) errors and omissions that relate exclusively to the supplier in question, c) any injuries or damage to your personal property resulting from the malfunction of the services of the supplier in question, d) reasons of force majeure (strike, delays, overbooking), which are not subject to the jurisdiction of JUST FERRY and for which it bears no responsibility and e) the additional charges that may arise upon receipt of the tickets from the central authorized offices of the ferry companies.
The use of the website for speculative or misleading purposes, which have nothing to do with the purpose for which it was created, is prohibited. Any finding of unlawful actions in its use will result in your exclusion from any access to its services.
Copying, distribution and resale of the content of the website is prohibited, as our company is the exclusive owner of the content. This directly precludes the creation of derivative work, as well as the misleading of the public about the actual ownership of the website and its contents.
Furthermore, the validity and/or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall in no way be affected by such invalidity.
